tony gave me the best taper I’ve had, highly recommend his work

Your online check in system is misleading and very frustrating. If you check in online it should save your spot. That is the entire point of a check in system, yet when I checked in online today I was next in line which was great because I had very limited time and that was the only reason I checked in. I drove 5 minutes to the store and now my wait was 30 minutes. I immediately walked out very frustrated. I am a regular customer, but I will now start looking at your competitors. Your check in system is a joke.

I wish you could pick more than 1 stylist. There is only one that I wont use due to overcharging. MVP charges when that was not done. My point is like today for example…. It was just him and another lady so i selected the lady. After 10 min, 2 more stylist came in and I would have been fine for them to cut my hair. So everyone went ahead of me because i selected 1 stylist. It would be nice if we could just click wich stylist we dont want.
