"Sport Clips in Ballwin is always my go-to place to take my three boys (ages 2, 10, and 11) for their haircuts. The stylists are always patient, even when I’m being picky about the cut or my two year old is screaming the entire time. They always give advice to my two older boys on how to style the cut and make great recommendations on styling products without pushing too hard for us to purchase there. I really appreciate everything they do. Keep up the great work, girls! We will see you soon."

"My son usually has a good experience here but today his hair was butchered by "Renee". His sideburns aren't the same length, the line on the back of his neck is about 3 different lengths & the front of his hair is choppy. I never went to cosmetology school but I'm sure I could have done a much better job. Its hair & it will grow back but to think I paid for this butchery....i will second guess going there again."

"I am a woman and have short hair. Been going to SPORTCLIPS for a few years. I actually got started with the “salon” when I lived in AUSTIN. Now that I live in ST LOUIS..I always drive to the one in Ballwin when I visit my family (I live in the city). Always treated very well and my stylist always takes extra care and really wants me to be happy. Thanks SPORTSCLIPS.. you’re not just for the guys!!!! I appreciate not spending $100 to get my hair cut at the “salon”...."

"This place seems to go through more stylists and owners (manager?) than I do socks and the new owner (manager?) has implemented a new, or perhaps old and unenforced, policy of not offering veterans a discount. Mind you that they offer members of the active military the discount. So if I'm correct, a kid that has JUST graduated from boot camp and hasn't served one actual day of active duty, let alone combat, can get a discount but my fiancé who served 20 years, two tours in Afghanistan, Ethiopia, Somalia, and countless other conflict zones and nearly died serving our country can't get the same respect. PERFECT! (Note the sarcasm). I think this is repulsive, but hey... that's just me and I'm a bit biased. Beyond that, this location can't seem to give my children the same haircut two times in a row, regardless of the notes that each stylist puts in the computer. Getting my kids to agree to get a haircut is difficult enough as it is, it's even more difficult when they believe that they're going to leave with a haircut they can only barely tolerate. I don't like this place and am sad that it has changed for the worse since my last review."

"The lady who cut my hair, had no idea what she was doing. I told her an inch off all around scissor cut. After about ten minutes( most of which she talked to the other two stylists about Starbucks and how old she was) she took me back to the shampoo chair. She had to be reminded that triple plays get a hot towel, and I guess failed to grasp the scalp massage/ conditioner portion. She was terrible, atmosphere was terrible, felt ripped off and not happy."
